We want you to love the items you've received just as much as we do. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, please contact us within 14 days from the date your item was delivered to you.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you would like a quote of how much the return shipping would cost, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist you.
Items must be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories. Once we have approved the return, we will send you a shipping label to print out and tape onto the shipping box.
Refunds will only be issued once your return has been received and processed by us. No exceptions.
If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs (to ship the order to you) will not be refunded.
Working items returned for warranty are not covered and shipping costs both ways are the customer's responsibility.
If you are returning an item that is damaged or defective, you will not have to pay for the return shipping. Please contact us for next steps.
