If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please submit a ticket here and include a photo of the product as well as your packing slip.
Sometimes items can get tucked into the packing materials during shipping. If you are missing an item, please make sure you have thoroughly looked through all of the packing materials, just in case.
If your order has been damaged while in transit, please send us a photo of the shipping box as well as the broken or damaged product(s). All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage for loss or damage, so don't worry, we've got you covered!
