Tracking information will not show an update until the package is picked up and scanned by the shipping carrier.
We receive daily pick ups from all shipping carriers, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
The approximate pick up times are:
- Purolator - 1:30pm
- FedEx - 3pm
- Canada Post - 3:30pm
- UPS - 5pm
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
