We are currently processing orders within 24 hours or less. Typically, orders are shipped the same day they are placed (if the order is placed before 2pm PST).
We receive daily pick ups from all shipping carriers, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
The approximate pick up times are:
- Purolator - 1:30pm
- FedEx - 3pm
- Canada Post - 3:30pm
- UPS - 5pm
During busy sales periods such as Black Friday, or 420, it may take us 1 additional business day to fulfill and ship your order.
The shipping estimates displayed at checkout are provided directly by the shipping carriers, and are estimates only, not guarantees. These estimates are calculated in business days and start from when your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
All packages are shipped with full insurance coverage for loss or damage. Head Candy is not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx but we will assist you with shipping issues you may have, including insurance claims.
