Our exchange policy is that the items must be in new condition, with all original packaging.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the exchange (shipping cost to return the item(s) to us, and the shipping cost to send the replacement item to you (ie. both ways)).
If you would like to do an exchange please contact us. We will provide you with a quote for the cost of shipping and send you an invoice. Once payment is received, you will receive a return shipping label by email.
Once we receive the item(s) being returned, we'll process your exchange and send you the tracking number.
Alternatively, if you will be placing another order with us, we can charge you for shipping the back to us, and we can add the replacement item to your next order so you can save a bit on shipping.
